1. Services

Our coaching services are provided on a professional basis. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Discovery consultations are complimentary.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with ICF guidelines.

4. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is a partnership. Results depend on the commitment and actions of the client. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
